Mundane Clothing takes the utmost care to ensure our products meet quality standards and exceed expectations. All articles are thoroughly inspected and photographed before being displayed our website. All our garments are boutique items, individually made and handcrafted, creating the possibility of slight color and distressing variances. Please also keep in mind colors may differ depending on your computer or smart phone’s display. Please observe the listed sizes and order according to your body measurements and measurements listed on our size chart.
Your satisfaction is our priority and we want you to fall in love with our clothing. If you decide you are unhappy with your purchase you will be issued a full refund upon our receipt your return. The product must be return in its original packaging in unused condition, with all tags still in place within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Please make a copy of your order and return your original proof of purchase in the return box. Mundane is not responsible for return shipping. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct size, as long as the above return criteria are met. Again, Mundane is not responsible for return shipping on any items to be refunded or exchanged, so please make sure you adhere to our sizing chart. Returns and exchanges MUST be received by us within 7 business days from the time you contacted us requesting your intention to send the garment back to us. Failure to adhere to our return/exchange policy will result in a 40% restocking charge. Any items that have been damaged or worn to the point of not being able to be resold will be refused and returned to you at your expense, and no exchange or refund will be given.
We offer free shipping for all new purchased anywhere in the United States of America and to APO Addresses. International shipping rates will be charged according to the country of destination. Please be aware of your country’s policy on goods being received from the USA, as we are not responsible for additional taxes or charges that may apply. We use UPS, Fed-Ex the United States Postal Service, and any other well-established reputable Parcel Couriers. Insurance on your item(s) is optional for a small fee depending on the total price of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your item to ship, as we verify all credit card purchases to protect you, the consumer, and ourselves against fraud.
Once shipped it can take around 4-6 days to reach you (International Shipping will take longer). We will update you with the tracking number so that you can track your shipment online. Shipping may actually take less time than what is stated here, however if the order is on hold due to reconfirmation for measurements or fabric stock issue or for any other reason if there is a delay in shipment, our customer support team will be in continuous discussion with you all the time and assist you if the order is urgent.
